Gator

So my dad filled out some survey which entered him into a drawing, and he ended up winning a John Deere Gator!  He has wanted for a little while now, so he was pretty pumped!  The delivery of the Gator was a little over the top but definitely a fun experience.  They encouraged my dad's parents, kids,  and grand kids to all attend this event.  The day started with my dad being interviewed at his local John Deere dealership.  They brought in a professional photographer and movie crew.  He was in the hot seat for a good hour which he didn't much care for.  Let's just say he won't become a public speaker any time soon.  We didn't get to see the interview because I didn't think my littles would be able to not move or talk for an hour.  We met up with everyone for lunch and then headed to the farm. 

We all had to get dressed up in John Deere attire.  They brought tractors for the kids.

They couldn't use any of the footage when their helmets or seat belts were off. 

It's kind of hard to see, but yes, they even had one of those fuzzy microphones on a stick.

The first ride.  They attached a camera to the Gator to catch the expression on their faces.  Like I said, a bit over the top!

The kids couldn't take it any longer.  They wanted a ride! 

I think this picture is funny.  Grandpa and Grandma have helmets and seat belts, and the kids are just sitting on their laps.  Pretty sure the cameras were off for this ride.
