Easter

This girl was hunting for eggs at 6:08 AM Easter morning.  Not that we expected anything else.  She was really pumped to see that the Easter bunny had remembered to come a night early to our house.

This kid on the other hand kept on sleeping.  We finally woke him up at 8:45 because Mara couldn't wait any longer to find the rest of the eggs.
Chocolate before breakfast!

Their Easter nest.  A Livingston tradition.  It was pretty pathetic this year.  Not even enough paper to  make two nests.  We need to start collecting a bit earlier next year.
Getting ready for the big egg hunt at Great Grandpa and Grandma's!

All of the great grand kids!  It's so fun to watch them play together.
Hunting for eggs in the chicken barn.
Great Grandpa did a couple antique demos.  This was the egg washer they bought when they were first married.  It still works!
 A real egg throwing contest!
All of the kids, grand kids and great grand kids - minus 2!
Enjoying the cool new mess free sand from her Easter basket from Grandma J and Grandpa A!

I love holidays.  I love spending time with family.  I love to see the excitement on my kids' faces. We are so so blessed with a loving family.  I pray that the promise of Easter renews our family with faith, hope and joy for the rest of the year!  Happy Easter!
