He's officially 2 1/2 today!
This guy melts my heart. He's sweet, sensitive, patient, and so, so loving. He loves to cuddle, sit and read, and he dishes out love by the handful. He fills a part of my heart I never knew was empty.
His imagination blossoms more and more each day. Sometimes when we hop into the van, he informs me we're riding in a rocket ship. Sometimes it's a tractor, or a garbage truck, or a digger..... He is very verbal and expresses himself in complete multiple sentences - all the time. I can't believe the things that come out of his mouth sometimes. He soaks in everything like a sponge. Sometimes I wonder what I'm going to teach him when he's 4 because he's learning letter sounds, counting syllables, patterns, and tracing letters right along with his sister. It just amazes me that his little head can grasp some of the concepts he does and more amazing that he's interested in learning them. He enjoys being outside, playing with sticks and rocks. He likes to line up and push around tractors, trucks and cars when we're inside. Lance is working on a bunk bed for the kids, so I asked Micah what we should do if Daddy doesn't get the bed done before the baby comes. He said, "It's ok Mommy, the baby can sleep with me. I will scoot over for him." See how my heart never completely solidifies when he's around?
Mr. Micah William - we love you so much! We are blessed beyond measure to be your mommy, daddy and sister - to be given the blessing of spending every day with you, watching you grow and learn.
