Mother's Day

Dear Mom,
There are so many things I really didn't appreciate until I became a mom.  Thank you for staying at home with us when we were growing up.  Being a stay at home mom myself, I really appreciate that sacrifice.  I am very thankful that you are always willing to help me out and love me unconditionally.  It means so much to me that you adore my kids beyond measure.  Happy Mother's Day!
I love you,
Nicole

Our moms are both out of town, and we all have colds, so our Mother's Day festivities were pretty low key.  I taught Sunday School, and when I got home there was a picnic lunch waiting for me!

Mara and Lance made cookie bars for dessert while Micah was napping!
I am so blessed to be a momma of two.
I am so very thankful for this each and every day.

  1. Staying home or working really wasn't a choice I had to make. BUT that doesn't mean I didn't work.....I just took you will me when I did! Maybe by stating that I could get in trouble....child labor laws. We always tried to make it all fun instead of work. I'm sure once you hit 12 or so it wasn't as "FUN"!
Thanks for the kinds words and We love you and your kids beyond measure!
