Sleepover

So the funnest thing happened the other night....Landon and Mara had a sleepover at our house!  This was the first time Landon had spent the night away from his parents, and he even willingly did so!  They dropped by our house on their way through Des Moines.  As they were getting ready to go, I asked Landon if he wanted to spend the night and he said YES!  Grandpa and Grandma have been begging him for probably over a year to stay on their house, so we felt very special!

They were supposed to be settling down watching a movie before bed, but one thing led to another until there was a one-on-one soccer game going on.

What else would Aunt Nicole make for breakfast but Mickey Mouse Clubhouse pancakes?  Thanks Uncle Wayde for the inspiration from when I used to stay at your house.

Grandma came to pick up Landon but first she joined the fun for a little while.

Thanks for staying with us Landon!  We loved having you.  We can't wait until you come stay again!  The next time Grandpa and Grandma bug you about staying with them, just tell them you're headed to Aunt Nicole's!
